And many of those who come for the first time, in addition to seeing the processions and the environment, want to know the important monuments that Sevilla offers, however there may be changes in the schedules. So that you do not miss anything and you can organize your trip, we inform you of the changes in the schedule of the buildings that must be seen and what alternatives there are.
First of all, we will tell you about the Alcázar's timetable, the number one monument that must be seen in Seville, and that is if you have not seen the Reales Alcázares, you have not seen the heart of the city. Fortunately, it is only one day that remains closed, on Good Friday (April 19), keeping the rest of the week its regular schedule from 9:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Remember that to jump the queue you can buy the ticket online at the official website of the Alcázar (alcazarvilla.org) or join a guided tour (which from here we always recommend to better understand the amalgam of palaces and gardens that is the Alcázar).
The Cathedral of Seville, third largest cathedral in the world, if you will be affected more than usual schedules to be compulsory passage of the processions, well, here we leave all the information of when you can visit this monument:
Domingo de Ramos (April 14): Closed Cathedral and Giralda.
Holy Monday (April 15): Closed Cathedral and Giralda.
Holy Tuesday (April 16): open from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (usual time)
Holy Wednesday (April 17): open from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

El Salvador is one of the most important historical and aesthetic churches in the city, so you can not miss the visit to this temple.
As for the Archivo General de Indias, it seems that its schedule is not modified or has not been made known by the corresponding administration. It will remain closed on Monday as usual.
The Torre del Oro will be closed on local and national holidays, namely, Holy Thursday and Good Friday. Their regular hours are Monday through Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 6:45 p.m. and Saturdays and Sundays from 10:30 a.m. to 6:45 p.m., but remember that April 18 and 19 will be closed.
In principle and waiting for new notice, the rest of buildings of cultural interest in the area of the historic center will remain open normally (Plaza de España, Museum of Fine Arts, Casa Pilatos ...) so they are a safe value for the days that remain closed Some of the other monuments.
